the Complex PTSD Devotional -
Journey to Thriving

Does anxiety pervade your life? Does depression characterize your days? Are you even despairing of life? I have been where you are, battling the anxiety and depression that linger after traumatic experiences. In this 30-day devotional, I share many of the truths from the Bible that have led me through my battle with mental illness. Each daily devotional includes thoughts, stories, and reminders from my own life; as well as prayers and assignments that are designed to equip you to find healing.
What is Complex PTSD? Complex PTSD is a disorder that is often produced by long term stressors and/or abuse resulting in anxiety, depression, panic attacks, emotional and relational difficulties, and much more. This devotional offers helpful insights to anyone who needs encouragement in order to thrive.

Chrysalis

My first novel, a young adult fiction called Chrysalis, just got published on March 19, 2024!

The story begins, as often good stories do, with a coming-of-age-ball in the enchanting and eerie castle where the young heroin, Voletta, lives. But what starts out as a humorous evening of meeting several obnoxious suitors, ends with many unanswered questions. What is the significance of the pendant? Why can't Voletta remember part of the night? And why does Voletta carry a lingering sadness wherever she goes? Perhaps everything is not quite as it seems. Chrysalis will take you on an adventure over cliffs and into deep valleys in pursuit of Springtime and the end of evil forever!
